Air-core Solenoid Winding
Bobbinless, the enameled wire is directly wound into a hollow cylindrical shape, widely used in water level sensors and flow sensors. It requires uniform wire arrangement with zero inter-turn overlapping to guarantee the linear relationship between inductance and displacement.
Magnetic Core Winding
Enameled wire is wound on a magnetic core for Hall sensors or eddy current sensors to boost detection sensitivity (such as the inductive coil inside washing machine water level sensors). The winding must fit tightly against the magnetic core to minimize air gaps.
Multi-tap Winding
Multiple taps are led out at different turn count positions for multi-gear detection or differential signal output, commonly seen in AC temperature sensors and robot vacuum collision detection systems. The production line must automatically identify tap positions and reserve lead wires accurately.
High Inductance Precision for Stable Detection Thresholds
Inductance deviation of sensor coils directly affects detection accuracy. Automated lines, paired with high-precision turn counting and tension control, keep inductance error within a narrow tolerance range to ensure consistent sensor output.
Strong Adaptability for Ultra-fine Wires
Sensor coils often use extremely fine wire gauges. Yite production lines are equipped with low-inertia tension mechanisms and wire breakage detection, enabling stable ultra-fine wire winding without wire snapping or insulation damage.
Integrated Adhesive Dispensing for Enhanced Vibration Resistance
After winding, adhesive or insulating varnish is automatically dispensed on the coil surface to prevent relative displacement between turns, improving anti-vibration performance for vibration-prone scenarios such as washing machines and robot vacuums.
