    Enameled wires are closely arranged in the stator tooth slots to form a complete loop, widely used in miniature synchronous motors (such as electric fan oscillating motors and microwave oven turntable motors). It requires accurate turn count and moderate tension to avoid inter-turn short circuits.

  2. Multi-layer Stacked Winding
    Multiple layers of coils are wound in layers within a narrow bobbin to enhance magnetic field strength, suitable for scenarios requiring higher torque (such as oven rotating spit motors and air fryer stirring motors). Inter-layer insulation and heat dissipation must be strictly controlled during the process.

  3. Tap-type Winding
